I have noticed huge changes in my life since listening to the MP3s. My negative mind chatter has gone and after being in a state of fight or flight for most of my life this too has gone. I no longer feel a sense of panic anymore. This has helped with my chronic fatigue, I have more energy now as I’m not wasting it on being on high alert. My IBS symptoms have improved significantly. The most amazing improvement has been with my menstrual cycles which were very heavy and frequent since having the vaccine. Instead of having a cycle every 21-23 days it is now every 35 days and not as heavy.

I have done many programmes and clearings but this programme aligned everything so my brain and body relaxed and finally integrated whole body healing and realignment.

I would highly recommend Jo to anyone, she is not only an amazing healer but is very kind and compassionate which puts you at ease.

I literally heard and felt something click into place inside my skull with my first listening toJo’s “Activate Your Superconscious Cerebellum” mp3. I felt emotional relief with the click.

Later, with the Ark of the Covenant (Pituitary) mp3, I found myself shuddering and needing to energetically shake my head and loudly sigh. Over many minutes, I released, and further released, the energetic trauma of 16 serious concussions I had experienced over my years.

My life pattern of concussions had commenced at my birth via an MD desiring to golf, who hurriedly pulled me out of my mother with forceps that deeply indented my newborn temples and misshaped my head. With each progressive mp3 in the Brain Series, I found

myself successively remembering and releasing the trauma from each concussion, with each release, feeling lighter and more spacious in my body and psyche.

The followup conversation with Jo and the exercises she had me undertake during my solo session with her, completed this healing. I can now return in my mind to my birth scene and to the circumstances surrounding each of the 16 concussions and, absolutely, any sense of  trauma is gone. I am exceedingly grateful

My first concern at this moment and what attracted me to the brain package was my nervous system and therefore my brain. It has been over-stimulated by all the stories of my life, starting from early childhood.

Since starting to listen to the very first mp3 of the brain package, the  Activate Your SuperconsciousCerebellum I was feeling more relaxed and was sleeping deeply. In the morning I couldn't get up, I was awake but my body refused to start my day, This was a sign of safety, no need to respond to the alarm signal that my mind was always telling me:  the danger of not responding. I am free now of this program. I feel sovereign and do not need to respond to authority. This is a big step in my life. Feeling safe is really new. And I realise that I am more capable of choosing what I need instead of just choosing what is correct.

Another benefit from the brain package is that the exercises allow us to shift identities. I love that part. Getting out of the traumas by just feeling we can choose another identity, It is fantastic.

I was making myself a prisoner of myself and of a situation, and it was even physical. Restricted to a small place where I couldn't move from there. Since I started to feel that I am limitless I found myself as an eagle, my sign in the Mayan Calendar. Through this very unique transformation I feel I can fly, soar the sky.  My mind symbolism is now the eagle, putting myself in the eagle identity is really powerful.

Jo's package has been a precious support to my everyday life. When waking up I can feel free to choose whatever I want to be since I am safe in my mind ,,, finally, after a life of struggle with something I couldn't guess was there, a "hidden warning". Calm is now installed in my brain and in my life.

Jo is a gift to humanity, I cannot express how grateful I am to have her precious gift around in my life.

Additional note

I wake up with positive thoughts.

My mental behavior is changing. This affects my vision as I am in the process of coordinating the two hemispheres. I totally trust my body and brain.

I  have been listening to the brain MP3s and have noticed some changes- improvements.

I noticed that it’s easier for me to listen and pay attention to when I’m being taught something new. Also before I felt like I had a hard time understanding people when they were speaking and now it’s easier.

I’m noticing that it’s quicker for me to learn things when before the MP3s  it took longer. I have noticed that I had gained weight with stress and now I’m beginning to release that weight. I feel like my body is rejuvenating. Thank you so much for these amazing MP3’s.

I took part in Jo’s Brain Geta Test group call, as she took us on a shamanic journey. We were invited to take on another identity such as an animal, I chose the squirrel for its agility and speed to climb high in no time. I imagined myself feeling free and limitless swinging from tree to tree with a strength and playfulness I don’t usually feel knowing I had an infinite supply to whatever and whenever I required it. I felt so liberated and fearless after the call and it seemed so ridiculous to ever doubt all my needs are taken care of and reminded me nature is always providing us. It gave my brain/mind an opportunity to trust and let go and know that freedom is a state of mind. I never fail to be amazed by Jo’s work.

I use Jo’s Mitochondria meditation when my energy needs a boost and it’s extraordinary the way my body reacts like I have been plugged in, I tingle in the 3rd eye area and all over, and good to know it promotes regeneration and rejuvenation as mitochondria becomes depleted as we age. My body laps this energy up and I feel better for it.
