The beauty of the BLOOM Series is its flexibility; you can do them in any order. All you need is to complete 7 days of one series, and then you’re free to move on to the next. For example, you can start with Glandular Bloom, then continue with Neuro Bloom, and afterwards with DNA Bloom.
You can definitely take a break in between series if you’d like (1-2 weeks). However, I’ve noticed that many people really enjoy continuing once they begin, and some even love repeating the BLOOM Series cyclically for ongoing renewal and deeper results.
