I Finally Stood Up for Myself

“I just wanted to express my sincerest thanks for our session yesterday. It was incredibly profound, and I feel so... different. The best way I can describe it is feeling both light and weightless yet solid and anchored. As I walk around, I picture that; around me, and I feel so at peace, truly connected to God, to Spirit. It's a direct, unfiltered channel, which I've never felt before - I was always so scattered.  I did something yesterday that I never would've done before.
